Behind the Wheel’s Paul Maric recently road tested and reviewed the new Honda Accord, you can find that review here.
Paul, as with just about everyone who has driven an Accord over the past decade or so walked away quite pleased.
It’s a vehicle that looks great, drives nicely, doesn’t use too much fuel and is safe.
But now it’s also a whole lot more affordable.
Honda Australia today announced they would slash thousands of dollars off the Accord’s price.
The four-cylinder Accord VTi has dropped $4,300 to $28,190.
The VTi-L with navigation is now $37,190, that’s a saving of $2800.
The Accord V6 is now available for $47,290 which represents a drop of $2700.
Honda Australia Director and General Manager Stephen Collins says the move is all about providing buyers value for money, “We are sure our customers will agree the Accord now offers one of the best-value buys in the large segment.”

Would they update their website to provide the prices here. It appears that the honda website for Australia is outdated by this plug. Hyundai comparisons would then have to be redrawn.
