Honda NSX now in production

One of the most keenly anticipated cars in Honda history is now in production with workers and robots in the US now putting together the new Honda NSX.

Powered by a 3.5 litre twin-turbo V6 and featuring an electric drive motor at the rear, the new Honda supercar is being built at the Honda Performance Manufacturing Centre (PMC) in Ohio.

Engineering manager for the Honda NSX, Clement D’Souza, says it was very exciting seeing the first NSX roll off the production line.

“Today marks the realisation of a big dream here at the PMC and the culmination of more than 30 years of manufacturing experience and expertise here in Ohio,”

“Our world-class team of expert technicians, through their passion, has realised major innovations in the design and manufacturing of a next-generation supercar that truly delivers incredible precision crafted performance.”
