
Australia is a long way from Japan and if you needed something as bulky as a truck engine or cab, well, you’d be waiting for some time for it to arrive by boat.
And a truck that’s sitting around waiting for a repair isn’t making you any money, in fact, an idle truck is costing you dollars.

That’s why Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) recently increased local stocks of replacement cabs and engines for its range of different models.
At present, Isuzu has 123 cab-assemblies on hand at its parts facilities in Brisbane and Melbourne.
While there are 186 new and Isuzu Reman (remanufactured) engine assemblies in stock as well.

Isuzu tell us they have boosted stocked levels in recent times to help lessen the demand for overseas freight and also to reduce downtime for customers.
