Last chance to buy a Citroen C5

Citroen has just 62 Citroen C5s available in Australia

Citroen Australia is saying goodbye to the C5 and that means this is your very last chance to buy a new one.

Only a total of 62 cars are left with the remaining stock made up of 25 sedans and 37 touring variants.

All feature hydro-pneumatic suspension and features such a 7” touchscreen, digital radio, reverse camera, sat-nav and Apple CarPlay and prices start from $47,990.

Citroen Australia boss Kai Bruesewitz says all of the remaining cars are sure to go quick.

“Based on pre-sales, the last examples of hydro-pneumatic Citroens in Australia will be snapped-up very quickly.

“While it’s sad to see both C5 and the hydro-pneumatic suspension system leave Australian shores, Citroen fans should rest assured that comfort will remain a top priority with a range of new vehicles being developed under the Citroen Advanced Comfort program.”

Meantime, Citroen has also had ten special cars created to mark the end of the C5 run in Australia.

These vehicles were produced for ten loyal Citroen Australia customers and feature dual exhausts and unique BlueHDi badging.

All ten cars have already been snapped up by those Citroen enthusiasts.

  1. I love Citroen’s hydropneumatic suspension. It’s great. I had CX and XM models and C5 recently. Goodbye good old hydro
