Mercedes-Benz S-Class Convertible in the pipeline.
The world’s best-selling luxury sedan is set to be taken in an entirely new direction with Mercedes-Benz to produce a convertible version of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Detroit Bureau reports that the convertible, or cabriolet version of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, will be “the first luxury four-seater cabriolet since 1971,” and could even debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month.
Mercedes-Benz has already promised that their stand at the Frankfurt event will boast a wide range of new and innovative products to show for the first time.
At this stage though precise details on the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Convertible aren’t known, including whether the cabriolet version will come with two or four doors, though the supplied rendering (above) seems to hint at the big convertible being a two-door offering.
We will keep you updated on this story ahead of the Frankfurt Motor Show.
