Fourth-generation Mazda MX-5 being produced for Japan.
The all-new Mazda MX-5 is now officially in production in Hiroshima in Japan, with the first models to be delivered to the domestic market.
Set to arrive in Australian Mazda dealerships late this year or early 2016, the fourth-generation model has been re-engineered from the ground up and Mazda says the end result is an MX-5 that is lighter and more nimble than the current model.
Exhibiting the Mazda ‘KODO - Soul of Motion’ design theme and the latest SKYACTIV technology, Mazda says developing the all-new version of the world’s best-selling two-seater sports car has all been about enhancing the senses and sensations through which people enjoy cars.
