Promising start for new Suzuki Vitara - the new Suzuki Vitara arrived in dealerships only weeks ago.

The all-new Suzuki Vitara only hit the market last month and yet the SUV model still managed a respectable 353 sales.

Suzuki Australia has released some internal sales data info showing the new Vitara came out of the blocks strongly in September and hopes remain high the sales momentum will continue for the new offering.

Priced from just $22,990 drive away, Suzuki also tell us that back-orders for the Suzuki Vitara are strong and steadily increasing.

In welcoming the promising start, Suzuki Automobiles Australia General Manager, Andrew Moore, says strong Vitara sales will help the whole Suzuki brand gain more exposure.

“With the Vitara RT-S offering such a high level of features from $22,990 drive away, the strong value proposition is driving both existing and new customers to the brand.”

Meantime, Suzuki Australia remains hopeful of having two new models available to Australian buyers in the not too distant future.

Mr. Moore says the local operation has asked head office for the new Baleno and Ignis to be made available in Australia.

“We believe that the Baleno and Ignis would satisfy customer demands and represent strong potential growth for the brand.”

“We have requested these vehicles for our market, and are hopeful we can sell them here.”
