Tomcar moves closer to ASX listing

Investment deal gets Tomcar closer to ASX listing…

The Australian vehicle manufacturing industry has taken some pretty big blows in recent times, however that doesn’t mean we aren’t still building vehicles here.

As we know, Iveco is producing trucks at its facility in Melbourne and Tomcar is building its mining, military and off-road focussed vehicles in Melbourne as well.

Now, Tomcar has announced a new investment in the business and they say this is big news as it gets the operation closer to a listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

The investment comes from mineral exploration company, UXA Resources Ltd, and is designed to help Tomcar both expand and progress to the ASX listing.

Tomcar Australia Co-Founder and CEO, David Brim, says it’s now all systems go.

“This is giant leap into our future.

“Joining with UXA gives us access to financial markets, corporate expertise and their mining sector knowledge, which dovetails perfectly with our aspirations and forecast growth paths for our emissions free EV vehicle, that has already received significant interest amongst mining organisations”.

We will bring you more Tomcar Australia News as it come to hand.
